German course with visa in Münster – how do I apply for a visa?

After booking the required German visa course with us and transfering 50 % of the course fee, you are going to receive the confirmation and the invoice with the remark that you have transfered the fees. Usually you will need the following for an application
- your passport, that is valid for the whole duration of the course and six months beyond
- prove of a health insurance, please contact us about that our partner Care Concept
- the visa application itself
- two recent photographs
- the confirmation of your German intensive visa course
- proof of the payment for your German intensive visa course
Usually it takes quite a while for the authorities to process your application, which is why we recommend to apply in time. In case the visa has not been granted upon the planned start of course, you can postpone the course up to four months for free.
In some cases, the visa application will be denied. In that case you are entitled to a refund according to our terms and conditions minus 499.00 € service fee in case you provide the notice of rejection and let us know about the denial before the planned start of course.
